Job Purpose

Supports day-to-day logistics operations related to aircraft spares, tools, and materials. Focuses on shipment execution, documentation accuracy, tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements under the guidance of the Logistics Supervisor.

Key Result Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

Assist in handling import, export, cross-trade, courier, and local deliveries of aircraft parts and consumables.
Support coordination of routine, urgent, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments as per operational requirements.
Track shipments proactively and follow up with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate shipment execution in line with operational priorities and supervisor instructions.

Documentation & Record Management

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all documents to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain organized shipment records, logs, and trackers for audit and reference purposes.
